There’s no doubt that Barcelona have been massively affected during their time away from the Spotify Camp Nou. Results have not been as good, while financially, the club has taken a massive hit as supporters have shown little interest in travelling the extra 6km to the Estadi Olimpic Lluis Companys, which has been their temporary home since last summer.
However, there is hope that they will be able to return home in November, which is the date set out by Barcelona officials to return to a partially-opened Spotify Camp Nou. There is increasing excitement for this, and that is likely to have increased tenfold on Tuesday, as the club – in collaboration with the COAC(College of Architects of Catalonia) – have released never-seen-before images of what the stadium will look like, as per MD.
For now, Barcelona must continue in their temporary home in Montjuic, where they will remain to on Friday for their next La Liga match against Mallorca.
