Barcelona have been battling financial problems for some time now, and one of the way that they have been affected is in registrations new or existing players. That issue is one that will be focused upon in the coming weeks and months, with the likes of Gavi, Inigo Martinez and Vitor Roque currently not registered with La Liga for next season.
The good news for Barcelona is that they have managed to register two of their current players for the 2024-25 campaign and beyond. As reported by Marca, the new contracts of Alejandro Balde and Fermin Lopez have been updated with La Liga, meaning that the two youngsters will be able to play league matches without any problems.

Both players received salary increases with their new contracts, but Barcelona did not have the space in their budget to register it with La Liga, which is why they’ve had to wait. Fortunately, they’ve managed to do it now, ahead of an expected busy summer for the Catalans.
