Le Normand has earned a reputation as one of La Liga’s top central defenders and he will be a major boost to Diego Simeone’s squad.
As per a previous report from Diario AS, Le Normand will cost Atletico €30m, plus around €5m in variables, as the 27-year-old leaves the Basque Country.
Le Normand will sign a long term deal in Madrid, but the club will make a late call on including him in their preseason tour of Asia, as he returns from a post Euro 2024 holiday.
